La Pulpería moves fluidly between grocery, bar, and restaurant. Conceived as a place to inhabit different moments throughout the day, the project revisits the spirit of traditional pulperías; places of exchange, provisions, and gathering through a contemporary lens.
Its atmosphere draws from old Spanish taverns and neighborhood provisions stores, articulated through a mix of wood, metal, tiles, and pieces from different periods. Each element is considered not as an isolated object, but as part of a larger composition, where past and present coexist naturally to create a warm space with a character of its own.
The menu, conceived by @pedroschiaffino, follows this same idea of an open, everyday place, where shopping, eating, and drinking become part of a shared experience.
