Rugs & Cushions:
Each of our textiles is made to order, allowing us to dedicate the highest quality to every piece instead of encouraging mass production. Your rug is crafted exclusively for you at the time you need it.

Our production times are reasonable, considering that each stage of the process is entirely handmade. The estimated production time varies depending on the order, with an approximate timeframe of 4 to 8 weeks. For more information, contact us.

Online Orders:
We do our best to meet these delivery timeframes. Delays are rare, but they can happen. Please keep in mind that this is a 100% handmade process, where every step must be carried out with great attention to detail.

Interior Designers, Architects & Projects:
Our workshops have the capacity to handle large orders and produce multiple pieces at once. We can adapt to different timelines based on the needs and scope of the project.

Care Instructions

We recommend the following steps to extend the lifespan of your rug:

Vacuum regularly: 1 to 2 times per week. If the rug is in a high-traffic area, we recommend vacuuming it 3 times per week. This will help preserve the rug’s fibers. If possible, turn the rug over and vacuum both sides.

Tips & Recommendations

Avoid direct sunlight:
Keep the rug away from strong, direct sunlight. All colors have been hand-dyed and may fade slightly over time. Avoiding direct exposure will help maintain the color intensity.

Do not wash:
Do not machine wash the rug. Hand washing is also not recommended. Wool rugs are not designed for full washes; they should only be spot-cleaned when necessary. The key to maintaining your rug is regular vacuuming to preserve the fibers.

For light stains:
Dampen the stained area with a clean white cloth using warm water and soap. Always rub gently from left to right in the direction of the weave. Let the moisture sit for 10–15 minutes, then carefully dry both sides with a clean, dry cloth.

For thick liquids:
If you spill thick liquids, food, or sauces, first use a spoon to carefully remove the excess and prevent the stain from spreading. Only after removing the excess should you clean the affected area with water and a
clean cloth.

The lifespan of your rug will be significantly extended with routine cleanings performed by professionals who specialize in caring for valuable wool rugs and treating tough stains. We recommend dry cleaning as needed based on usage.
