Shipping


General Information
At the time of completing the purchase, you must choose the delivery method, either In-store Pickup or Home Delivery. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of placing your order, we will notify you when it will be back in stock and reschedule the delivery or refund the full amount of your order.

Delivery Areas
We deliver to addresses in Lima and other provinces in Peru.
• Lima Zone 1: Barranco, Miraflores, San Isidro, Magdalena, Lince, Surco, Surquillo, San Borja, Chorrillos (Barranco limit)
• Lima Zone 2: La Molina, San Luis, La Victoria, Jesús María, Lima, San Miguel, Pueblo Libre
• Lima Zone 3: La Planicie, Chorrillos (Villa), Ate, Comas
• Lima Zone 4: Independencia, El Agustino, Rímac, San Juan de Miraflores, Santa Anita, San Martín de Porres, Los Olivos

Delivery Time
Once your order is completed*, we will contact you by phone or email to confirm the delivery date.
The delivery times are estimated and subject to customer approval. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we do our best to fulfill your order within 4 days of completion.
In provinces, the delivery date may vary due to the carrier's shipping practices, delivery location, delivery method, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are:
• Lima Zone 1: S/20
• Lima Zone 2: S/30
• Lima Zone 3: S/35
• Lima Zone 4: S/40
• Province: S/40
The in-store pickup option has no cost.

Tolerance Times
Once the delivery time is coordinated with the customer, the assigned courier will wait a maximum of 10 minutes at the delivery point. If the customer is unavailable within this time, the delivery will need to be rescheduled. In this case, the customer will be required to pay for the shipping cost again to complete the delivery. We recommend being present or designating someone to receive the order at the agreed-upon time.

Damaged Items During Shipping
If any product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately at administracion@puna.com.pe. The damaged product must be returned in the condition it arrived in order to process the exchange.

Exchanges and Returns
If you would like to make an exchange or return, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at administracion@puna.com.pe.
• The product must be new, sealed, and without signs of use.
• Returns are issued with credit for Puna's online store, not with physical money or deposits to accounts.
